In 2017, the company facilitated over $80m in transactions in 2017.  These transactions included $32m along the King St corridor of the Charleston peninsula.  This represented just a fraction of the teams yearly production, however it incorporated many high profile deals including the Bob Ellis building (332 King), the Dixie Furniture building (529 King), and the old Charleston Bookstore (360 King).
