Anthony D. Giralo, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for the City of Charleston since July 2021, Anthony previously held positions including Project Manager at Bowman Consulting and Stormwater Development Manager at the City of Charleston. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Township Engineer in Bernards Township and Township of Maplewood, as well as Staff Engineer positions with Bernards Township and Langan Engineering & Environmental Services. Anthony's expertise encompasses reviewing complex engineering plans, supervising project teams, managing budgets, and overseeing infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Lafayette College.
