My mission as a UX designer is to assist start-ups committed to innovative solutions in resolving issues with their digital products uniquely and insightfully, as well as developing innovative, approachable user experience frameworks.

My work focuses on creating conversion-optimised, compelling designs, as well as working closely with my clients to define how they can leverage feature optimisation opportunities in their web, mobile or desktop apps to create psychologically sound experiences.

My tasks include the following:

-  Creating multiple hypotheses based on user requirements.
-  Transforming user research and business requirements into design hypotheses that can be tested
-  Measuring the impact of my design solutions using product metrics (KPIs) in collaboration with product management, UX research, and UX design
-  Formulating design decisions and presenting them in a way that is tailored to the needs of the stakeholders involved
