Louisa Polos Condon

Louisa Polos Condon currently serves as the Head of Middle School at Charlotte Latin School, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Louisa was the Head of Middle School at the School of the Holy Child from August 2017 to July 2025, where responsibilities included Middle School Dean and Middle School English Teacher. Earlier experience includes teaching 6th Grade English and History at Rippowam Cisqua School from September 2013 to June 2016 and serving as an English Teacher at Sacred Heart Greenwich from August 2011 to June 2013. Louisa holds a Master of Education in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Fordham University.
