Matt Aldrich is an experienced professional in operations, guest services, and marketing management within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Guest Services at the NASCAR Hall of Fame since November 2022, Matt previously held the position of Brand Manager, Venues at the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, where responsibilities included planning and executing marketing programs that drive revenue and attendance. Prior experience includes the role of Membership Sales Manager at the NASCAR Hall of Fame and various positions at the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland and a degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Sport Management from Cazenovia College.
