Georgie Allen

Georgie Allen, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the Assistant People Services Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning and Development Coach at AVADO from September 2019 to April 2024, and a progression of positions at BARRATT RESIDENTIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED, including HR Coordinator and HR Administrator from February 2016 to September 2019 and October 2015 to February 2017, respectively. Early career experience includes serving as Office Manager/Administrator at Barratt London from December 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included administrative support to senior directors.
