Jaimon Jose

Jaimon Jose is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, compliance, and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering and Compliance at CharmHealth, Jaimon leads the development of a comprehensive software suite with a focus on integrating AI technologies. Prior to this, at Dialpad, Jaimon contributed as a Staff Engineer, enhancing modern business communication solutions. Jaimon co-founded PicoNets and held significant leadership roles at Koopid, including Vice President of DevOps and Security, where responsibility encompassed creating scalable communication solutions. With a strong foundation in security and cloud infrastructure gained from a distinguished tenure at NetIQ and Novell, Jaimon also served as General Secretary for the (ISC)2 Bangalore Chapter and has educational qualifications in Business Analytics and Information Systems from respected institutions.
