Tim Matthews

Tim Matthews currently serves as State Lead - Property Management QLD at Charter Hall, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tim accumulated extensive experience at Colliers, where responsibilities included National Director and State Director for Real Estate Management Services from June 2016 to March 2023. Tim also held significant positions at The GPT Group, including General Manager and Commercial & Retail Manager from July 2014 to June 2016. Earlier in Tim's career, roles at JLL and McGees Property Brisbane included Senior Property Manager and Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master of Property Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Commerce, both obtained from The University of Queensland.
