Before Pactiv Evergreen, they were the Plant Manager at Gerresheimer from January 2011 to October 2012, and at BWAY Corporation from October 2009 to January 2011. David also has a significant tenure at Saint-Gobain Containers, where they held the positions of Plant Manager from August 2004 to March 2009, and Operations Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt from August 2001 to August 2004. Additionally, they worked at Anchor Glass Container as the Decorating Manager from July 1997 to August 2001, and as a Corporate Buyer from an unspecified period in 1991 to 1997. Throughout their career, David has implemented various quality improvement initiatives, achieved excellent safety records, and successfully managed large teams.
David Long earned their MBA in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BSBA in Business Administration from Argosy University Los Angeles from 2003 to 2005. Their educational journey began with studying Management and Marketing at The University of Toledo from 1982 to 1987.
