Kathy Bolhous is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the packaging industry. Currently serving as the CEO of Charter Next Generation since July 2010, Bolhous previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Performance Packaging at Appleton from January 2006 to July 2010. Prior to that, Bolhous was Vice President and General Manager at Cascade Engineering from 1998 to 2006 and General Manager at Magna Donnelly from 1990 to 1996. Bolhous earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Communications from Hope College.
