Lev Skokin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Charter Next Generation since 2023, Lev has implemented advanced reporting systems and led financial projection cycles. Previously, as the Head of FP&A at Rugs USA, Lev orchestrated the company’s formal budgeting processes and developed new financial KPIs following a change in ownership. Lev has also held key positions in claims finance at Kemper, and in FP&A roles at SP+ and Essendant, where Lev successfully managed budgeting and forecasting cycles, improved financial reporting, and enhanced data analytics. With a strong educational foundation in finance from Baruch College, Lev possesses a proven track record of implementing process improvements and delivering impactful financial insights across various organizations.
