Steve Teclaw is an experienced professional with a robust background in food safety, quality management, and environmental science. Currently serving as Production Manager and Manager of Product Safety and Quality at Charter Next Generation since July 2021, Steve has previously held managerial roles at Saputo Inc. and Tyson Foods, focusing on food safety and quality assurance. With a tenure at Tosca as Corporate Food Safety Manager overseeing a globally recognized Food Safety Management System, Steve also contributed to sustainability initiatives in the food industry. Prior experiences include head coaching Nordic skiing at UW-Green Bay, where responsibilities encompassed athlete development, and military service in the U.S. Coast Guard, where Steve gained skills in engineering and incident command during the Deep Water Horizon oil spill response. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Policy and Planning and Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
