Wendy is currently the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Charter Next Generation since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director, Sweet & Cereal at Kerry Foods from March 2020 to August 2021. From July 2017 to March 2020, they worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Nordson Corporation. Wendy also held the positions of Manager, Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Manager at Nordson Corporation from November 2014 to July 2017 and November 2011 to November 2014, respectively. Previously, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Cummins Filtration from February 2011 to November 2011. Wendy also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Dairy State Bank from October 2008 to February 2011, and as the Director of Employee Development and Training at Mastercraft Industries, Inc. from May 2001 to September 2008. Wendy started their career as a Human Resource Specialist at Luther Midelfort Mayo Health System from February 1997 to May 2001.
Wendy Crotteau attended Purdue University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. Wendy also obtained a certification in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility Experience from UC Berkeley Executive Education in 2020.
