Charter
Yin Yukun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They founded Charter in 2021 and currently serve as the Founder and CTO. Before that, Yin worked at Me3 as a Technical Advisor from February 2022 to March 2023, and as a Tech Lead from May 2021 to October 2022. They also worked at Credit Suisse as a Technical Analyst from August 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, Yin worked at Airfoil Studio as a Product Developer from June 2021 to March 2022. They gained experience at GovTech Singapore as a Software Engineer Intern from May 2019 to August 2019, and at Trampolene as a Full Stack Intern from May 2018 to December 2018. Yin also served as a Facilitator for SMU Habitat for Humanity: Global Village VI from June 2017 to December 2017, and as a Teaching Assistant for Ruby at Singapore Management University from April 2017 to June 2017. They have previous experience in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Specialist - Mechanized Engineer from April 2015 to June 2016, and at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Quality Assurance Tester in July 2014.
Yin Yukun completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General at Singapore Management University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Yin Yukun obtained a Diploma in Computer Games and Programming Skills from Temasek Polytechnic. In addition, Yin Yukun also obtained a certification in PROXOR from Proxor in June 2017.

Charter is building the OS to make launching spacecraft simple, to become the foundational layer on which the entire space industry runs, grows, and thrives.Charter is developing UBIK, a collaborative logistics and program management platform specifically designed to support satellite missions, and minimize engineering hours being wasted onmanual admin. UBIK provides satellite companies with streamlined processes and workflows, automation of manual tasks, and information and communications infrastructure to enable teams to work more effectively with each other, and interface with other organizations seamlessly with minimal translation effort. UBIK allows engineering teams to get back to engineering, managers to coordinate information and organize artifacts, and executives to accurately track and report key metrics at a glance.
