Audrey Smolinski, EIT, is a Project Engineer - Operations at Charter Steel, overseeing large capital investment projects with a budget of $75MM since January 2023. Previously, Audrey held the position of Project Engineer – Smart Manufacturing at Charter Manufacturing, where responsibilities included managing transformational projects with a $20MM budget. Early experience at Charter Steel as a Mechanical Engineer involved designing improvement projects for the Rolling Division. Audrey also worked in various engineering and leadership roles within Charter companies, contributing to efficiency improvements, training programs, and process enhancements. Audrey began professional development at UTC Aerospace Systems as a CO-OP Engineer. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
