James Panetta, CHRL, has extensive experience in occupational health and safety, currently serving as Senior Manager at Chartwell Retirement Residences since March 2017, where support is provided to 100 unionized residences across multiple provinces. Previously, as National Manager of Health and Safety at Sobeys from September 2011 to March 2017, James was responsible for managing a national audit tool and authoring quarterly board reports on various safety metrics. James also led Sobeys' Ontario WSIB Safety Group program, achieving significant rebates, and played a key role in employee training and safety orientation. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Brock University.
