Rahat Faraz has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as an Operation Officer at Chase Up since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing return/exchange transactions, resolving customer complaints, and coordinating with internal departments. Prior to this role, Rahat was the owner of Al Razzaque Mart and Medicoz, overseeing sales, stock management, and marketing initiatives from June 2011 to August 2015. Previous positions include Location Manager at Flemingo International Pvt Ltd, Manager at EDF International Pvt Ltd, Floor Manager at EBCO Pvt Ltd, Distribution Manager at Public Marketing Services Ltd, and Sales Executive at Aer Rianta International cpt. Rahat holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University and a Diploma in Computer Science from Aligarh University, along with a recent certification in Marketing from Great Learning.
