Mariano Ayesa has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mariano started their career at Telefonica as a J2EE Developer in 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they worked at Accenture as a Senior App Developer and Team Leader. In 2005, they joined Verizon Business as a Senior App Developer. In 2007, Mariano became the CTO of Kumelsoft, where they worked until 2018. In 2015, they joined VTS, Inc. as a Full Stack Developer until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at RxVantage as a Xamarin Developer and Full Stack Ruby & React GraphQL Backend Dev. Since 2019, Mariano has been working as the CTO & Co-Founder of Chatcenter, a Crowdchat Platform.

Mariano Ayesa completed their education in Informatics Engineering. Mariano first attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Informatics Engineering. Following that, they enrolled at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2005 to 2009, where they also obtained a degree in Informatics Engineering.
