Niki Campbell, MS, NDTR, CPT, CHC, is the Founder and CEO of The Flourish Group and Flourish Wellness Coaching, where a mission to enhance workplace health and well-being is implemented through executive coaching and wellness strategies. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member in Chatham University's Exercise Science department, Niki also operates as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, providing customized wellness plans for professional women and consulting for businesses. Niki's extensive background includes roles in communications and strategic sales initiatives across various organizations, such as UPMC WorkPartners and McDonald's Corporation. Niki holds a Master's degree in Healthy and Human Performance from the University of the Cumberlands, an Associate's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from the Community College of Allegheny County, and a Bachelor's degree in English Writing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
