Where is Chatt hills?

Chatt Hills is a large city with a small population in southern Fulton County.  We incorporated in 2007 to preserve and protect the rural land, heritage, and culture of the area. With a population just over 3,000 residents living in a 56 sq-mile area, the land we love separates us in distance but also bonds us together to this place we call home. 

The rural communities that are now a part of Chattahoochee Hills date back more than 175 years. Many of the family’s native to this area have raised generations in the modest white frame homes that dot the countryside, and some elders, still cared for by extended families in the communities, recall life before rural electrification, paved roads, and bridges that crossed the Chattahoochee River.

The City of Chattahoochee Hills prides itself on being one of Georgia’s safest cities, where our people are our greatest asset. In addition to our dedicated sworn and civilian staff members, our reserve/volunteers help us provide outstanding services to our community. The love and dedication of our employees and volunteers contribute to the Department’s excellent reputation in the law enforcement community.
