Jon Davies

Jon Davies is a founding partner at Chatter, where extensive expertise in employer branding is leveraged to assist businesses in enhancing their employer brand for competitive advantage. Prior experience includes roles as a digital strategist at Penna, where online strategies and e-recruitment were developed, and as a product manager at The Poulter Group, overseeing the technical aspects of an online Digital Asset Management service. Additionally, Jon served as a digital asset consultant at Poulter Partners, trained staff at Arkima, and built websites and multimedia solutions at Catalyst. Jon Davies holds a BSc in Media Technology and Production from the University of Bradford.
