Position Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing and refining all operational aspects of Chauffeurs USA’s concierge-level chauffeur services. This strategic executive will ensure seamless execution of luxury transportation experiences, uphold the highest service standards, and lead our operational teams with a commitment to excellence, confidentiality, and elite client care.

Core Responsibilities: • Luxury Service Operations: Lead and enhance all operational facets of elite chauffeur service — from reservation management to in-ride experience — ensuring a seamless, anticipatory, and bespoke client journey. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire top-tier chauffeurs, dispatchers, and support staff, instilling a culture of discretion, precision, and first-class service. • Fleet & Logistics Management: Oversee fleet scheduling, vehicle readiness, GPS optimization, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and a pristine vehicle presentation at all times. • Client Relationship Excellence: Collaborate closely with high-profile clients, executive assistants, and estate managers to tailor services to individual preferences and lifestyle needs. • Operational Strategy: Translate the CEO’s vision into operational strategies that support scalable growth while preserving exclusivity and quality. • Technology & Innovation: Leverage high-end CRM systems, dispatching technology, and concierge tools to streamline service delivery and enhance client personalization. • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with licensing, insurance, safety, and privacy standards appropriate for high-security clientele. • Vendor & Partnership Management: Build and manage strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, private aviation companies, and concierge networks.

Qualifications: • 7+ years of senior operations experience in luxury transportation, private concierge, high-end hospitality, or executive services. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an understanding of elite clientele expectations. • Expertise in high-touch customer service operations with an uncompromising attention to detail. • Experience with logistics, dispatching systems, VIP protocols, and secure transportation. • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of CRM, scheduling software, and mobile app integrations. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership credentials preferred. • Ability to manage a 24/7, on-demand operation with grace under pressure.
