James Zheng started their work experience in 2003 as a Product Planning Manager at Fluke Corporation. James then moved on to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2008, where they served as the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Leader, Emerging Markets, Industrial Group until 2011. In 2012, they worked at Newnagy as the Director of BD and Product Development. Their most recent role is as the Head of Sales & Marketing, Great China at Chauvin Arnoux, which they have held since 2013.

James Zheng earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Peking University, Medical Department, from 1984 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, completing it from 2001 to 2003.
