Kim DURAND is the CEO and Founder of Cheaf, a company focused on reducing food waste in retail and restaurants by selling surplus food at discounted prices, thereby benefiting both businesses and consumers. Prior to founding Cheaf in July 2020, Kim DURAND served as General Manager for UberEATS in North and West Mexico, overseeing operations in approximately 40 cities and managing a significant P&L. Experience also includes roles as Analytics Lead for EMEA, Regional Operations Manager for Asia, and Strategy and Business Operations at Uber, where skillsets in budget optimization, measurement, segmentation, and management were developed. Kim DURAND co-founded Nova Founders Capital and held a full-time internship at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in aircraft structured finance. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economic Sciences and Finance from Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace.
