Jose Ellen Bailey possesses diverse experience in risk management and compliance, having served as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Interim Commercial Director, and Head of Contracts and Commissioning at CHEC since March 2021. Prior roles include KPI and Contracts Officer at COMMUNITY HEALTH AND EYECARE LTD from January 2021 to May 2023, and Quality Coordinator, where responsibilities involved Clinical and Clerical Audits, Business Intelligence, Annual Surveys, and Clinic Coordination. Additionally, Jose held the position of Performance Assistant at Carnell from August 2018 to June 2019. Educational background includes attendance at Runshaw College.
