Nicola Shields has a background in customer service and human resources. Nicola has held positions such as Customer Service Advisor at Mothercare and Customer Account Specialist at Hewlett-Packard. Currently, Nicola serves as the HR Service Delivery Lead at CHEC, previously working as the HRD Assistant and HRD Administrator at MDS Global. Nicola attended Woolston High School from 1985 to 1992.
