Julie Files

Julie Files has extensive experience in customer service and management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Service Customer Support at Checkered Flag Auto Group since October 2013, Julie also holds the position of Transportation Manager. At Checkered Flag Motor Car Co, Inc, Julie has contributed as the Service Customer Care Center Manager since March 2010. Prior to these roles, Julie spent nearly two decades at HSBC, where the title held was Unit Manager from December 1990 until April 2009.
