With over 25 years of experience spanning large software companies, Arvatz has managed global finance and accounting operations and led initial and secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and significant sales transactions.
Before joining Checkmarx, Arvatz served as CFO at Allot Communications, a leading provider of security and monetization solutions. Prior, he spent 12 years as CFO at ClickSoftware.
Arvatz earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
