Dinah Quainoo

Dinah Quainoo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dinah is currently working at Checkout.com as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at WorldRemit from January 2020 to September 2022. At WorldRemit, they held the positions of Head of Talent Acquisition and Global Talent Acquisition Manager - Non-Tech, where they managed the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for non-tech functions and led a global team. Dinah also took on the responsibility of Executive Recruitment in January 2021 at WorldRemit.

Before their time at WorldRemit, Dinah worked at ASOS.com from March 2016 to November 2019. Dinah started as a Recruiter, responsible for recruiting for all roles across ASOS Customer Care. Dinah then moved on to become a Senior Recruiter and eventually a Talent Manager for ASOS Customer Care, where they played a pivotal role in scaling the contact center from 300 to 2000 employees.

Prior to ASOS.com, Dinah worked at Fashion Personnel Ltd from November 2011 to March 2016. Dinah started as a Researcher and then became a Resourcing Executive and a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in marketing, digital, and creative roles.

Their earliest experience is at Next Group PLC, where they held the positions of Floor Manager - Homeware and Childrenswear and Floor Manager & Homewares Specialist from December 2008 to November 2011.

Dinah Quainoo pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Leicester from 2006 to 2009.
