Cristian Brotto

Cristian Brotto is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and business, currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering at Checkr, Inc. since December 2024. Prior to this, Cristian held various leadership roles at Snapdocs from June 2016 to December 2024, including Senior Director of Engineering for Products & Platform, where significant contributions were made to the company's growth from a seed stage startup to a highly valued organization. Cristian's background also includes serving as CTO and Co-founder of Wrkr Solutions, and leading IT projects for major financial institutions at Simbologica srl. Cristian holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria and completed the LEAD Executive Business Program at Stanford University.
