Daniel Menezes

Daniel Menezes is currently the VP of Operations & Delivery at Cheesecake Labs. Prior to this, they were a Senior Project Manager at DOT digital group from August 2017 to June 2018, and a Project Manager at Nestlé from January 2015 to December 2016.

At DOT digital group, Daniel was responsible for integrating and using specific industry and technical delivery methodologies, as well as guiding project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities. Daniel also managed one or more major projects while achieving utilisation and revenue targets.

At Nestlé, Daniel was responsible for understanding market trends and competitive offerings and services, including what business problems they solve, their strengths, weaknesses, and value propositions. Daniel also assisted in training the project team on the application of appropriate procedures and processes, and worked with management on project proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.

Daniel Menezes has a Master's in Business Administration and a degree in Computer Engineering. Daniel also has various certifications in project management, finance, sales, and stock management.

They work with Guilherme Hayashi - Chief of Product, Caroline Schmitz - Chief of People & Culture, and Douglas Gimli - Chief of Business Development. Daniel Menezes reports to Marcelo Gracietti, CEO.
