Matt Wrock has over 15 years of work experience in various software engineering and technology roles. Matt started their career as a Principal Software Developer at AboveCalifornia.com, where they designed a web-based topographical map server using Java and MySQL technologies. Matt then worked as a Software Architect at Vendare Media, where they were responsible for the design and development of large-scale applications.

After that, Matt became the Vice President of Technology at Connexus, Inc. (formerly Vendare Media), where they oversaw the technology platform of firstlook.com, a domain parking and search advertising solution. Matt managed software development teams in the US and Vietnam and was involved in project and process management.

Most recently, Matt joined Chef Software as a Senior Software Engineer, where they are currently working.

Matt Wrock received their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
