Kathleen Liu

Kathleen Liu is a seasoned professional in business strategy and management, currently serving as the Head of Business Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Chegg Inc. since 2022, after previously holding the position of Director of Business Strategy. Prior to Chegg, Kathleen was a Project Leader and Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group from January 2020 to 2022. Kathleen also contributed to growth strategy at Honor in 2018 and served as a summer consultant at BCG the same year. Kathleen's experience includes a significant tenure at IBM from 2013 to 2017, where roles included Offering Manager for the Watson Education product and Senior Consultant in the IBM Commerce Group, focusing on e-commerce strategies. Kathleen began a career in the United States Department of Defense as an Associate in 2012. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, and Operations from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Certificate in Computer Science from Princeton University.
