Paul Kim

Paul Kim is an accomplished educational technology expert and leader with extensive experience in both academia and international development. Currently serving as a Fulbright Specialist at the U.S. Department of State and as the Chair of the International Expert Committee on Educational Technology Initiatives at the World Bank Group, Paul also advises organizations such as Lumos Capital Group and Chegg Inc. As the founder and president of Seeds of Empowerment, an education innovation incubator, and the founder of various initiatives at Stanford University, including the Digital Learning Design Challenge Program and the Entrepreneur in Residence Program, Paul has significantly contributed to enhancing learning experiences and fostering innovation. Paul's previous roles also include a directorial position at BIEG, where Paul leads STEM education initiatives in China, and a long tenure as Associate Dean and CTO at Stanford University Graduate School of Education, focusing on technology incubation and international development. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the University of Southern California.
