Ryan Richichi has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Stony Brook University in 2011 before moving on to work as a Financial Analyst at MAC Cosmetics for a brief period. In 2011, they joined L'Oréal as a Financial Analyst, where they stayed until 2013.

Ryan then transitioned to the National Hockey League, where they worked as a Financial Analyst from 2014 to 2016, and later as a Senior Accountant from 2016 to 2019.

In 2019, Ryan joined Chelsea Piers as a Senior Financial Analyst and Controller for Chelsea Piers Fitness & Sky Rink. Ryan then took on various roles within the company, including Director of Payroll and Compensation Strategy from 2021 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Director of Sports Finance and Strategic Compensation.
