Paul Vincent has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, currently serving as a Systems Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin since February 2024, focusing on airborne systems for the Merlin Helicopter. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions including Systems Engineer at Chelton and DO-160 Avionics Qualification Manager at MITAC, where responsibilities included specialization in DO-160 Avionics qualification for the Mitsubishi Aircraft MRJ90. Paul also worked at EW Systems Integration Ltd from 2009 to 2017 as a DO-160 Qualification and System Integration Engineer, gaining expertise in industry standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, and DO-178. Earlier experience includes serving as a Weapon System Operator and Airframe Technician in the RAF, contributing to a robust background in military aviation and engineering.
