Andrea Ledford is a strategic transformational leader skilled at designing and implementing global human resources and corporate programs that drive strategy, revenue growth, margin expansion, talent development, employee engagement and change management. She currently serves as Chief People Officer at IEX, the New York-based technology company, and stock exchange operator known for creating innovations that level the playing field. Prior to IEX, she spent 12 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at NCR, a Fortune 500 global enterprise technology leader in the financial, retail and hospitality industries doing business in over 130 countries around the world, where Andrea was based out of London, New York and Atlanta. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions integration, change management, organizational design and transformation, compensation and benefit plan design, leadership and board development, workforce planning and analytics, talent development, and executive recruitment. Andrea received her Executive MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado and is a C.P.A. in the State of Colorado. Andrea will serve as chair of the Compensation Committee and will also be on the Governance and UK Oversight Committees.
