Jacqueline Goodwin McDuffie (Jacqui) serves Chemonics as Controller. She brings more than thirty years of experience in finance and accounting, twenty-nine of which have been with Chemonics.

Jacqui started her Chemonics tenure in the Field Accounting Team. She assisted with establishing the Treasury department, where she implemented the first online banking platform utilizing ACH and wires. As the accounting systems automation manager, Jacqui oversaw the financial system development, upgrades, and implementation. As the interim treasurer, she oversaw corporate budgeting and the cash management units.

As Deputy Controller, Jacqui contributed to Chemonics’ financial leadership including leading the updating of our Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), managing our indirect rates (NICRA) submission, and overseeing our corporate financial and incurred costs audits. Jacqui is experienced in guiding the development and implementation of GAAP compliance-related systems policies and tools. Recently, she worked with others to incorporate subsidiaries into our financial systems and served as the technical lead for revenue recognition standards.

Jacqui holds a B.A. in accounting from the University of Maryland University College.
