Marlene’s educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Florida International University, a Juris Doctorate in Purchasing and Contracts Management from Purdue Global, a Master of Science in Management of Acquisition and Supply Chain from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, and PMP certification classes.
