Omer Chadha has extensive work experience in the field of tax. Omer started their career as an intern at Howard Frazier Barker Elliott, Inc. in 2001. Omer then worked as a Senior Associate at alliantgroup from 2005 to 2007. Omer joined KPMG US in 2008, where they held various roles, including Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager, until October 2013. Since November 2013, they have been working at Cheniere Energy, Inc., where they have held positions such as Corporate Tax Counsel, Director Tax Research & Planning, and Interim Director of Tax. Currently, Omer holds the position of Director of Tax at Cheniere Energy, Inc.
Omer Chadha completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance/Accounting from the University of Houston in 2002. The Company owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Louisiana through its ownership interest in and management agreements with Cheniere Partners.
