H.J. Jardine has held various roles throughout their work experience. They started their career at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as a Project Coordinator from June 2009 to November 2010. They then worked at Canada Post/Postes Canada as a Process Engineer from November 2010 to May 2015. Following that, they joined CHEO as a Lean Process Improvement Specialist from May 2015 to January 2020. They were later promoted to Manager, Executive Offices and Principal Advisor Office of the CEO at CHEO from January 2020 to June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Research Integration and Innovation at CHEO Research Institute starting from May 2023.
H.J. Jardine has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University.
