Yu-Ping Ju

YU-PING (Shanti) JU is a Sales and Alliance Manager APAC at CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH since January 2024, responsible for sales and maintaining long-term partnerships in the APAC region. Prior to this role, YU-PING was a Sales Assistant for the Asian Team at OPTIMA pharma GmbH, assisting in order processing and market research from December 2020 to December 2023. YU-PING also gained experience as a Bachelor's Intern at BECHTLE Logistik & Service GmbH, focusing on value chain analysis, and as an Intern in Export for the Asian Market at KLAFS GmbH & Co. KG, where dealer development and marketing budget planning were key responsibilities. Earlier, YU-PING worked as an International Sales Representative at LonTrend Corporation, acquiring clients across multiple continents. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in International Business - Intercultural Studies from Hochschule Heilbronn and a certification as a project management specialist from LUTZ & GRUB AG.
