Warren Scott has a diverse work experience in recruiting and workforce services. Warren started their career as a Workforce Services Team Lead at Kansas Works in 2007. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Recruiting and Retention specialist in the Kansas Army National Guard, where they developed and implemented recruitment strategies and maintained relationships with schools and community organizations. In 2014, they joined KansasworkforceONE as an Employment Specialist/Recruiter/Veterans Outreach Coordinator. Warren then moved on to Sunrise Staffing in 2018, where they worked as an Account Executive Recruiter. In 2019, they transitioned to Excel Industries, Inc. as a Human Resource Recruiter. Currently, they are working at Cherokee Federal as a Recruiter II, starting in 2022.
Warren Scott earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Graphic Design from Kansas State University between 1992 and 1995. Warren later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Organizational Leadership at the University of Phoenix from 2021 to 2024.
