Joe Davis, CFM, SFP, FMP, possesses extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Project Management at Cherokee Town and Country Club since January 2023. Previous roles include Director of Facilities at Lakewood Country Club in Dallas, Texas from September 2021 to January 2023, and at THE DESERT HIGHLANDS ASSOCIATION from 2020 to September 2021. Additional experience includes Director of Facilities positions at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, Terravita Golf & Country Club, and Facilities Manager at Chartwell Golf & Country Club. Joe's career began as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at The Shelter Group and as an HVAC Technician at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
