Sarah Duconge

Sarah DuConge is a seasoned Facilities Engineer with extensive experience in the energy industry, currently employed at Chesapeake Energy since July 2019. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Staff Facilities Engineer at Roan Resources and held dual roles as a Completions Engineer and Facilities Engineer at Marathon Oil Corporation from July 2015 to September 2018. Sarah's early experience includes an internship at Marathon Oil, focusing on facility design and construction support, as well as an internship at SABIC, where contributions included troubleshooting reactor systems and conducting site audits. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Sarah has demonstrated a strong commitment to engineering excellence through various design and optimization projects throughout their career.
