Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland
We are Scotland’s largest health charity working to help people with chest, heart and stroke conditions live life to the full. Everyone should have the right to live life to the full after a stroke or diagnosis of a chest or heart condition. Many people living with our conditions experience fear, isolation and loneliness, and struggle to cope with the impact of their health condition on their every day lives. But our amazing nurses, support workers and volunteers are here to make sure no one has to recover alone. With our Community Healthcare Support Service, we ensure that people across Scotland get the support they need to live full lives with life changing health conditions.
