Govind M. is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Chevron in India since January 2025, Govind previously held the position of Head of Professional Hiring at bp from January 2020 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment lifecycle and driving employer branding initiatives. Prior to this, Govind worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at UBS from January 2018 to December 2019, focusing on strategic partnerships and overall talent acquisition management.
