Sandra Shafi

Sandra Shafi has over two decades of extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Operations Manager for Services & Contingent Labor Management at Chevron since May 2001. In this role, Sandra manages a portfolio of over 70 suppliers with an annual spend of $2 billion, focusing on scalable solutions for business-enabling technology in downstream operations. In response to the COVID pandemic, Sandra played a crucial role as Procurement Operations Chief on the Corporate Pandemic Response Team, collaborating with various stakeholder organizations to ensure resource availability across 45 business units in 23 countries. Sandra's previous positions include senior advisory roles in downstream, midstream, and upstream procurement operations, as well as leadership in eProcurement and technology implementation. Sandra holds an Advanced Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
