Victor Torrealba

Victor Torrealba is a Senior Production Engineering Advisor at Chevron, specializing in cashflow optimization and surface process improvements within MCBU Operations since August 2019. With a robust background in reservoir engineering, Victor has led initiatives in type curve development and digital solution deployment for asset development, and served in various roles that focused on field development optimization and gas enhanced oil recovery applications. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and extensive research at Penn State University, where Victor earned a PhD in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. The educational journey also includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Penn State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree candidate status in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
