Head Of ESG And Improvement at Chevron Traffic Management

Jamie Bowen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as a Governor at Wales Quality Centre. Prior to that, Jamie worked at Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, first as the Head of ESG and Improvement and then as the National Business Process and SHEQ Manager. In these positions, Jamie was responsible for organizational resilience, ESG management, compliance, and business improvement. Notably, they achieved significant improvements in health and safety performance and developed a Lean Training Academy. Jamie also served as a Trustee at BulliesOut. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Hanson Contracting and Hanson Construction Projects, where they contributed to business improvement, cost management, and financial accounting.

Jamie Bowen attended the University of Essex from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with First Class Honors in Business and Management. In August 2022, Jamie also completed the Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at the University of Oxford.
